Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

At Rustic Roots Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

1. Returns & Cancellations

Items are not available for return unless an incorrect item was sent.
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted
Non-returnable items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
